🧩 Kanban Board Google Sheets Template
This template includes a Kanban Board Example tab, a Blank Board tab, and a Settings tab.
You can duplicate the blank tab for different projects and rename it based on your project name. As you add task titles, they will automatically appear as cards on the Kanban board.
Each task is assigned a unique Task ID as soon as a title is entered.
At the end of each task row, there are checkboxes when checked, the task is marked as Done and will be automatically removed from the board, keeping your workflow clear and focused.
Each stage of the board can display up to 15 task cards.
In the Settings tab, you can customize your Board Stages, Priority levels, Tags, and Assigned Users. Any updates made here will automatically reflect across all Kanban boards you’ve set up.
